If you need to Exchange or Return a form must be submitted here
We take returns for refund if you are not 100% satisfied.
You pay for the item to return to us, we pay for the replacement item shipping.
Note: For Hygiene reasons, underwear is unable to be accepted for return for refund/exchange unless unopened and unworn

PRICING
Domestic (Australia):
Australian Standard Shipping rates are $9.95 AUD, Free orders above $99 AUD.
Australian Express Shipping rates are $13.95 AUD, Free orders above $250 AUD.
International:
Free DHL Express is available above min spend. Express DHL Shipping rates vary depending on location and are listed in shipping information at checkout.
Import Duties are calculated at checkout and order payment includes all duties and taxes. Nothing extra to pay upon delivery. Duties are calculated off item full price and will not reduce when applying discount codes.
SHIPPING TIME GUIDE
Items are shipped direct from our warehouse in Sydney Australia with a 3pm local order cut-off for same day shipping on Mon-Friday Business Days. This is not a guarantee and can be delayed due to address or inventory verification issues.
Guide excludes time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of Kojo Fit and our Couriers control.
This guide is subject to change and we reserve the right to change couriers to improve our service at any time.
You can purchase shipping protection at checkout to cover for lost, stolen or missing packages. If you suspect any issue with delivery, please contact support@kojofit.com for assistance with a claim with all relevant information.
If shipping protection is not selected, Kojo Fit are not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages once they have left our warehouse and in transit with our couriers. In the unfortunate case of a missing package, please contact the carrier with your tracking number to lodge a case directly.

If the sizing isn't quite right, we will take returns/exchanges to ensure you get the right fit!
If you are not satisfied with the fit, contact us and our team will assist in finding you the best size.
Return shipping and packaging is at the customer's expense, new item shipped free of charge upon receipt of returned goods.
Any exchanges need to be with items of similar value.
