Our products are shipped to you directly from Sydney, Australia via secure, tracked shipping.
We offer 30 day returns for exchange, store credit & refund. (Returns Policy on lower half of page)
To ensure the fastest delivery, we use Australia Post for Domestic and DHL Express for all International deliveries.
Order cancellations are not possible after the order is placed.

- Return Labels: $10 AUD (Australia), $19 USD (International) available for purchase through our returns portal, or choose your own carrier
- Hygiene Policy: Underwear can only be returned if unopened and unworn.
