REFUND POLICY
How to Refund
If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate the return item(s) within 30 days of the order shipping and we will be happy to provide you with a store credit or refund via the original payment method, upon receipt of goods and processing of returned items.
Note: For Hygiene reasons, underwear is unable to be accepted for return for refund/exchange unless unopened and unworn
Return shipping and packaging is at the customer's expense. Product purchase, refunded, excludes shipping costs.
3 SIMPLE CONDITIONS FOR A SUCCESSFUL RETURN/EXCHANGE
1. RETURN INITIATED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY
Item(s) were purchased in the last 30 days and proof of purchase can be provided.
2. ITEM(S) ARE UNWORN & UNDAMAGED
Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise undamaged with original tags attached. Item(s) must not have any stains, perfumes or other added odors.
3. IN ORIGINAL CONDITION & PACKAGING
Item(s) are in their original condition. (Please just do your best with packaging, we understand it is not possible to re-package some items as original and will not deny a return on minor technicalities)
I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM
In the rare case that you have received a faulty item, please contact us using our messenger or contact form.
We will need relevant information such as Order Number, Photos, Description of Issue and your Contact Information
We will not replace any items that appear to have been tampered with.
Our products are subject to wear and tear over time depending on how you handle and wash your items and this is not classified as a faulty item under our quality guarantee.
