30 DAY RETURNS (FROM DATE OF ORDERING)

Our Delivery/Return/Refund Policy briefly explained:

We genuinely care about giving you a great fit!

We encourage you to try them on to make sure you have a comfortable fit, just keep them clean & the bags/tags!

We support size exchanges. Never get stuck with the wrong fit!

We take returns for refund if you are not 100% satisfied.

You pay for the item to return to us, we pay for the replacement item shipping.

We offer $10 AUD return labels within Australia and $19 USD International return labels which are available to purchase through our returns portal in the submission process, or you can also choose your own carrier.

Note: For Hygiene reasons, underwear is unable to be accepted for return for refund/exchange unless unopened and unworn

Note: Any "Return Sale" Shirts are heavily discounted and not available for size exchange or return

We have a self editing function, where for 30 mins after ordering, you can change address and product details, but we cannot accept a change of mind to cancel or edit product/address details on your order after this period. However It is no problem to return for refund once received in this case.

We want you to get the best fit, always!

If the sizing isn't quite right, we will take returns/exchanges to ensure you get the right fit!

If you are not satisfied with the fit, contact us and our team will assist in finding you the best size. 

Return shipping and packaging is at the customers expense, new item shipped free of charge upon receipt of returned goods. AU Exchange shipping method is regular post.

RETURN FOR REFUND

To initiate a return for refund click a return must be submitted here

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item(s) within 30 days of ordering and we will be happy to provide you with a store credit or refund via the payment method you used for purchase upon receipt of goods. 

Return shipping and packaging is at the customers expense. Product purchase, refunded, excludes shipping costs.

The refund will be processed back to the original purchase method after receipt of return goods as per the terms below.

3 SIMPLE CONDITIONS FOR A SUCCESSFUL RETURN/EXCHANGE

1. RETURNED INITIATED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ORDERING

Item(s) were purchased in the last 30 days and proof of purchase can be provided.

2. ITEM(S) ARE UNWORN & UNDAMAGED

Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise undamaged with original tags attached. Item(s) must not have any stains, perfumes or other added odours. It is ok to try them on of course!

3. IN ORIGINAL CONDITION & PACKAGING

Item(s) are in their original condition. (Please just do your best with packaging, we understand it is not possible to re-package some items as original and will not deny a return on minor technicalities)

I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM

In the rare case that you have received a faulty item, please contact us on our chat or contact form within 30 days of delivery.

We will need relevant information such as Order Number, Photos, Description of Issue and your Contact Information

We will not replace any items that appear to have been worn, washed or tampered with. 

Our products are subject to wear and tear over time depending on how you handle and wash your items and we do not offer a lifetime guarantee.
