Shipping & Returns Policy
Australian orders are sent directly from Sydney, Australia via secure, tracked shipping.
International orders are sent via air and local couriers via secure, tracked shipping.
Once an order is placed it is sent to our fulfilment partners and enters processing immediately, so cancellations, edits and address changes are not possible after checkout.
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link by email. Estimated transit times are below.
Free Shipping
Free standard shipping on Aus orders over $150 AUD, USA $200 USD, UK £100 GBP and EU orders over €150 EUR. Free shipping thresholds for other countries vary.

Kojo Fit only ship on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or after business hours are processed from the following business day.
For international orders, please allow an additional 24 to 48 hours to process and dispatch before tracking updates.
During promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.
